About this Page
This page is for the purpose of my favorite professor at VSU, Dr. Maina. Dr. Maina is my KSPE 2101 professor and this is the final product that I hope he likes. Dr. Maina is one of the best professors here at Valdosta State University and I encourage anyone who is at VSU to take him for at least one class. We're having to redo our pages for professional standards and for graduation purposes. Hopefully we'll like this even better and I'll be able to either get a teaching position or enter Graduate School.
It's going to be Me
Well to tell you a little bit about me that you may not know already, I'm a 24 year old Senior KSPE major at Valdosta State University. I love this school and I HIGHLY encourage anyone and everyone to come here and at least visit, I promise you'll love it. My nickname is Tiptoe, given to me by one of my Sgts. from my Marine Corps Unit. I love the baseball, God's favorite game (that's why all of the good teams have no domes, so He can watch). I'm a die-hard Georgia Tech Yellowjacket, just because I came from a family of Georgia Bulldogs. Hopefully come May 8th I'll be finally graduating with a B.S. Ed. in Health and Physical Education. Then, perhaps, I'll be on my way to the University of Georgia to pursue M.D. in Sport Studies and Ph. D. in Juris Law (the joint degree program entitled Sport and Law). But if something else presents itself to me then well, we'll just have to see what happens. I do want to eventaully teach elementary PE, maybe even enter the college ranks of teaching.
